Daphne Romney KC represents female workers in equal pay fight

The two-week hearing which finished on Thursday 23rd March, saw Daphne Romney KC represent dozens of cleaners, home carers, and school cooks who argued that their job evaluations were unfair.

The pay claim against North Lanarkshire Council, could pave the way for thousands more to be submitted by current and former employees if found successful.
