Chris Milsom appears on Channel 4 News explaining an employers obligations with regard to the Equality Act and gender-critical beliefs.

In the employment claim brought by Allison Bailey against Stonewall and Garden Court Chambers, Chris says, the Employment Tribunal “has decided that it is not for an employer or a trade association to pick a side.”

“Being part of an open society means that employers or those in quasi-employment relationships, need to respect the beliefs of others even if they don’t agree with them.”
