Chris Milsom

Chris Milsom, one of our experts in discrimination law, featured on BBC Sussex Radio exploring the protection disabled people accessing public transport. This followed high-profile instances of disabled people facing disadvantage in public transport including most recently Mrs Sandra Nighy, a wheelchair user left to wait 2 hours for a taxi until midnight as a consequence of Southern Rail’s failure to provide wheelchair access to a train despite pre-booking assistance.
